IB

The IB program lasts two years (Years 11 and 12 of high school). The IB curriculum is divided into six core subject groups, requiring students to study both science and humanities subjects. All students participating in the diploma program must choose one course from each of these six subject groups. Each course is further divided into Higher Level and Normal Level. The IB program is a challenging and highly recognized curriculum that prepares students for university studies and the International Baccalaureate (IB) degree. Upon obtaining this degree, students qualify directly for entry into British universities and most universities in other countries; they may also gain up to one year of credit for entry into American universities. The IB program progresses in depth, allowing students to continuously deepen their learning.
