For the 2025-2026 BPA competition, team formation is only for subjective teams (practical group). The academic (objective) group is for individual participation and does not require team formation. The specific team formation rules are as follows:
Number of people requiredEach team needs 3-4 people, and team members must choose the same group to avoid forming teams from different groups.
Team ScopeSupports independent team formation across schools, grades, and regions, without geographical or school affiliation restrictions. For cross-school teams, the team's honor will belong to the designated school in the Bloom team formation interface; individual team members' certificates will still display their own school.
Member changesBefore the registration deadline, team members can be modified an unlimited number of times. Once the team members are recruited, the team leader must click "Confirm Team Formation" to complete the team formation. Once confirmed, team members cannot be changed. In addition, before the registration deadline, each person has only one opportunity to change the team if they meet the group requirements.
Other rulesEach student may only join one team, and the team leader is responsible for submitting the final work; if any team is found to have violated the rules, the organizing committee has the right to disqualify the team from all scores.
